I sent monero from my GUI-Wallet to another. The Sent confirmation prompt appeared as successful, but the transaction never appeared in the transactions tab. The XMR balance is at zero and has not showed up at the other wallet after 24 hours. I have over 200 transactions and never encountered this issue. Running local node on windows, Daemon and Wallet synced to the latest block chain height. The only issues I can report in the log are:

So it appears that Daemon does sync after a few seconds. The only other items is I was was running v018.2 when I sent the transaction. When it didn't appear, I upgraded to latest version.
