As per "Algorithm 1" described on Page 6 in MRL-0003, there is something named "prefix" which is signed.
As per MRL-0005 -Ring Signature Confidential Transactions, Transaction Prefix includes "both input indices and outputs".
Does this mean "outputs" or "output indices"?
If it means "outputs" does it mean raw (actual) output or the masked output (i.e. the commitment of the output)?
I think it needs to be the commitment of the output, else verifier who doesn't know the actual output will not be able to verify the signature.
Is there some place where it's clearly stated what exactly is signed?
