I'm verifying about 500 transactions per second, I think. With no constant block size limit, how can Monero handle an abrupt rise in on-chain volume? For example, if there's abrupt rise in demand for Monero, and block size rises by a factor of 100x, and there are broadcasted more than 600 transactions per second, doesn't that mean that I can never reach the chain tip? What's the answer to this?
