Restoring Ledger Wallet_GUI_error 4:11415

I'm trying to restore my Ledger wallet on my new laptop.

The GUI wallet is fully synced and updated; Ledger firmware is updated (2.02); the Ledger Monero app is updated too (1.8).

When I try to restore the wallet, I get the following error: "Failed to generate new wallet. Unable to open device 4:11415".

What can I do?

Which operating system are you using? If Linux, you need to add certain udev-rules as well. See: monero.stackexchange.com/questions/9901/…
