I'm using the Monero GUI wallet. My internet connection is 110Mbps. I left a private node running on Windoes 10 all night via ethernet connection. I also have an older Bootstrap wallet and they both show this. I can't transfer any money. I've got 0.7XMR locked up in these two wallets. The exchange's transfer to my wallet was almost instant!
