Don't get Monero GuI running: I installed the Monero app in Ledger Nano S. I installed the Monero GUI. I'm making a hardware wallet When starting the wallet, the error message "Unknown error. Please check your wallet and background service log for errors. You can also try to start monerod.exe manually. "

When I try to start monerod.exe comes: "This app cannot be run on PC"

  • It sounds like maybe you got a binary for the wrong architecture. Try downloading again, making sure you select the right OS etc.
