I would be grateful for some help.

I haven't logged into the Monero GUI for a while, and had to update and sync the blockchain. While syncing my computer crashed, and now when I try to sync I get the error "Timed out, local node is not responding after 120 seconds. Please check your wallet and daemond log for errors. You can also try to start monerod manually."

The logs show "Error: Couldn't connect to daemon." And when I search my computer for monerod it doesn't show up.

It appears my blockchain copy got corrupted when the computer crashed. I'm assuming I'll have to download the whole thing over again. But I can't figure out how to do that? I can't figure out where the data is stored to delete it?

I'm using a mac (it is older so I can only run masOS Catalina 10.15.7), I connect via my nano ledger s which is updated.

Thanks for any help.
